Everything you need to know about pricing, plans, payments, and managing your subscription.
Overview#
SYNC Bot offers flexible pricing tailored to teams of all sizes. Our billing is handled securely via Flutterwave, ensuring your financial data never touches our servers directly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard.
Available Plans#
We currently offer three main subscription tiers designed to scale with your business.

Payment Methods#
We use Flutterwave as our payment processor. This allows us to accept a wide variety of payment methods across Nigeria and Africa, including:
- Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
- Bank Transfers
- USSD Code
Billing Cycle & Renewals#
Duration: All plans are billed on a 30-day cycle. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th of January, your next payment will be due on the 14th of February.
Auto-Renewal: For your convenience, subscriptions are set to auto-renew. Flutterwave will attempt to charge your saved payment method automatically on the due date.
Grace Period: If a payment fails, your account will enter a "Past Due" state. You will have a grace period of 3 days to update your payment method before premium features are locked.
Common Billing Issues#
If you are having trouble making a payment, please check the following:
Transaction Declined
This is usually due to insufficient funds or a bank restriction. Please contact your bank to authorize online transactions or try a different card.
"Invalid Transaction Reference"
If you see this error after being redirected back to the dashboard, it means the browser session timed out. Simply refresh the page or try initiating the payment again.
